Previous owner and operator of Bigfork-based Alpine Gutters, Carson Brown has been involved in the conception of many startups in his career. With a background in economics and finance, Carson enjoys developing and implementing effective business strategies in varying fields.
Tieven Rosalez
Installer Foreman
Tieven Rosalez, in only his second year with the company, has risen to be one of NW's most valuable players. He's an expert in the field of waterflow, roof accessories, and is constantly learning and innovating in business operations. When not working, Tieven can be found in the outdoors fishing, skiing, or on the water.
ANDREW MCMILLIAN
Head of Flathead Operations
Andrew McMillian, a technical genius with a wide arrangement of engineering experience, brings a unique edge to the NW team. Andrew serves as the head of operations in the Flathead Valley, with his main focus on company growth in the city of Whitefish.
EDWARD ERNST
OPERATIONS ADVISING
With a healthy career in custom home building, various areas of specialty construction, and even commercial horse logging under his belt, Ernst advises NWGG on a variety of industry expansion technicalities.
Tyler Braaten
INSTALLER FOREMAN
Having installed gutters for two years in Nebraska before joining our team, Tyler joined NW already being an expert. His background includes most facets of start-to-finish construction in addition to gutters. When not working, Tyler can be found catching trophy Muskie in Canada and practicing archery or Pickle Ball.

COMPANY FOUNDING
While previously operating Alpine Gutters, our team became increasingly aware of the misinformation, and general lack of clarity around gutter guards. Manufacturers mislead homeowners claiming their guard works in every situation- something we observed to be false. Through the years, we began to identify trends of which guards worked in which conditions.
For all five of its years in operation, Alpine Gutters received ONLY five star reviews. In 2020, the strategic yet difficult decision was made to close and rebrand under a new name to pursue a more niche market. Thus, NW Gutter Guards was born.
2016-2020
MISSION
Our goal is to work cohesively as a team, and with clients, to utilize effective guards in conditions where they work for the long term. We accomplish this by carrying a wide variety of guards, and installing them only in their ideal installation conditions. An additional company mission is to reduce the misunderstanding, misinformation, and confusion around the effectiveness of guards. Finally, our company aims to use our understanding and strategy to save our customers countless time and money, and deliver them value a product and service (with smooth installation and communication) they'll love for the long term.
